Our small vineyard, where we grow vines and olives the natural way, lies on Colle Masua near Verona, in the heart of the Valpolicella region.
We respect the rhythms of Mother Nature, producing top quality wines and olive oils which are fully traceable from plant to bottle.
PRODUCTS
We have been producing since the 2019 harvest a Valpolicella Superiore DOC, a Valpolicella DOC, a Veronese Rosato IGT, a Frizzante Rosé refermented in the bottle and an Amarone DOCG.
Our olives, mainly the Grignano and Favarol varieties, are grown the traditional way and with biological method, harvested from the tree at just the right time, and are then cold-pressed within fifty hours of harvesting.
